Off to bed now - working from home in the morning around a dentist appt, so looking forward to a whole half hour extra in bed :)

    I find all supermarkets scary…. especially this time of year when they are full of vile Christmas tatt….

    Jan, Tesco is taking over the country according to Newsnight, and moving in on the rest of the world as well. It was not a pleasant programme, especially the Tesco very senior person they had on speaking newspeak!

    They just opened a huge 24-hour store here; it will probably mean the end of our (very good) Co-op :-(
