Apparently I have aptitude

so now I’m going to have lunch ;)

Can’t read a map though, and blood pressure after driving into Leeds must be almost in the normal range.

I also need to go buy some more clothes - the suit I bought for the first interview is now too big - oops.

    Eat more chocolate! Or do you “want” another suit? You can always Ebay the first one? Or does it look new enough to try to return it for a swap? It’s still snowing here and the garden is filling up with fresh snow after we trampled the first lot this morning.

    So how did the interview go? Surely you didn’t drive all the way into Leeds to just be told you have ‘aptitude’. lol

    Wish it was snowy here - we’ve had a 4 hour blizzard and there’s less snow in the garden than when it started. Ho hum.

    I did. Today was aptitude tests - verbal reasoning and numeracy. Tomorrow is the interview.

    Blimey- I’m glad you have aptitude but I think facing all that I’d just have fear! Can I ask what your being interviewed for Jax? Just ignore me if it’s too personal. Good luck with the next round.

    It’s an IT developer role for a large corporate group, who shall remain nameless for fear of dooce like happenings ;)

    glad it went well, was thinking of you - and will be tomorrow as well - all the best. As I was typing that I was really wondering what the best would be, for you and the family … whichever way, it’s the best I want for you and if this job is part of it then I hope you’re successful. And if not, that you find another way …
