    Jax, I’m really pleased that you got it done. I hope you get some good feedback on it. I think I’ve been doing too much prostitute writing recently. I couldn’t hack it at all.

    Thanks Joyce - don’t know if we are supposed to get feedback, but that would be nice. It really didn’t feel like a good piece of writing at all, but forcing myself to finish it, edit it and post it(!) felt like a remarkably powerful thing to do. First fiction I’ve written in about 2-3 years I think, maybe longer.

    And yes Roslyn, I think we should have alcohol. I’m thinking about a bottle of red wine - please feel free to raise a virtual glass (or indeed a physical one!)
