Yet another Harry Potter day

Once more the best part of a day disappeared to Harry Potter. This was the first time we’d seen one at the cinema, and while I’m glad we’d had the experience, I didn’t think it was the best of the films. And it was very long!

Nevertheless, the children enjoyed it. Apart from the made up bits that weren’t from the books which annoyed them rather. Does seem odd – there’s so much stuff in the books, why on earth do they feel the need to insert bits that aren’t from there?

So that was the day pretty much. The evening was lost to Small breaking the toilet seat 🙁 Don’t ask me how/ why, he doesn’t process in that way so there was no answer to either question. 🙁

  1. wow that takes me back to one flat where the toilet seat fixes were majorly faulty so didn’t keep it still – we invented a new sport of toilet seat surfing! we did eventually fix it, but to be honest, toilet trips were far less exciting after that!
