Goth Mama
You’re a witchy woman! Chances are that you see
Morticia Addams as a role model, and your
wardrobe sports a fair amount of black. The
other mothers at school pick up may look
askance, but your kids already know that the
judgement of others isn’t what counts.

What kind of a freaky mother are you?

  1. I am saying nothing. Not a word.

  2. you’re in good company – depending on how you look at it.

  3. Grin – i bet you so needed to feell ike Morticia the hell mother! Not that i can remember what morticia is like in the film.
Used to have a friend who referred to her partners ex wife as Morticia – she once turned up with their kids, dumped them in a pub carpark and drove off for good – so you know, you could be doing worse!!!!! ;~)

  4. Merry, you have no idea how close I was to just walking out last night. Just couldn’t think of anywhere to go…

  5. You could have come here :~) (((More HUGS)))
Besides, just walking out to avoid murdering people, just getting some space, is not the same as saying “I no longer love you enough to want to care about you, so sit in this carpark until your dad turns up.”
    Quite different.

  6. You could have come here. We’re a bit nearer than Peterborough. Any time Jax.

  7. Or here – we’re even closer.

  8. And PS – I have done that – only a few weeks ago I simply walked out the house abandoning Chris with three screaming kids because I couldn’t take much more and didn’t trust myself not to do/say something I would regret. I just went for a walk on my own down I path I’ve never been before (without phone) and didn’t go home for well over an hour, despite also leaving dinner still cooking (and almost ready) on the hob. It was the best thing I did (although I did regret upsetting Chris by doing it) because it was the only way I could clear my head and get a perspective on things.

  9. Me too – I’ve actually done it for an hour or so, and felt like doing it plenty times more. Don’t know what else to say really Jax, except to send my love as well. Hope today has been a bit better.

  10. There is here too if you ever feel the need.
