Today the National trust impressed me.

I am a little sad that we live in a world where this impressed me, mind.

Fabulous day out at Wicken Fen. I’ll write it up properly tomorrow though, am very tired now.

  1. Someone has actually put some thought into that!
I love the national trust. xx

  2. Good thing too! As a Dad that was frequently out and about with a baby, having a mental map of the city where there were easy to access baby changing facilities was vital. I often visited the gallery, not because I’m a huge devotee of conceptual art but the baby changing facilities were fabulous.
My biggest annoyance was places where you had to ask for the key to use the toilets with he baby changer – you don’t want to be waiting and queuing and asking for a key. You just want to get the job done.

  3. As my OH is soon to take over childcare – this is hugely encouraging x

  4. i honestly think it actually makes sense to put the baby changing unit in the disabled toilet as many places round here do. there is more room in there than either the mens or the ladies and you miss the whole men not being able to use it thing.

    1. That can make sense, but if they are in the ladies, as they often are, it’s rare to find then in the men’s. I was impressed that it was at least equal.
