Garden Organic outraged at plans to charge schools and community groups for composting
I am frequently very annoyed that homes are practically blackmailed into recycling, sorting out waste, composting and all the rest, and you go to work or school, and there’s just bin loads of stuff being tipped into biffa skips. According to the story above, schools and community groups attempting to go against this and compost, could be charged for the privilege. That’s just wrong.
