Seems only right

to celebrate a three year blogiversary with a three blog day 😉

It’s been a pretty good one. Kids have played a fair bit, and Big also did a good amount of reading, they’ve both been on the computer, I heard the piano for a while, there was much jigsawing, including a map of Africa and when they finally got stir crazy this afternoon, I put on British Isles: A Natural History. There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth as it started, and they hated it so much that they watched three episodes back to back! Big then proceeded to tell me about it while Small watched Bear in the Big Blue House, another family favourite, then tea, bath and bed.

Read Big another couple of pages of Dancing Shoes, which she has decided is good for me to read to her, but she doesn’t want to read for herself read right now. Was quite surprised to hear her recap the entire story of Ballet Shoes – I read that to them several months ago. Guess something does go in then.

And now I’ve got to go and rustle up some reading matter for her to take to school. She says there are three books on a shelf for her to read, and that she’s read them all, so she wants to take some of ours in for tomorrow. I’m fairly sure that won’t be the full story, but there you go.
