{Putting away} the dry tent. Quite amazed that I finally managed to get it up and dried overnight and away again before it rained. Think that’s the longest dry patch we’ve had in a couple of weeks!

{Driving} across country to the annual summer party, a little later than usual, but lovely to see people. All the children enjoyed themselves, though Smallest was tired on the way home and not happy about the change in routine.

{Reading} A better man. I think. Can’t remember exact title and it’s in my bag in the hall.

{Starting} a crochet crown. Using Drops Eskimo and a rather lovely crochet set from Sparkling Pumpkin. I’ll write it all up properly very soon, but it’s my new favourite thing 🙂

Snapshots

Big has had a hectic week, fitting in paper round, swimming, cadets and catching up with friends before term starts. Small very much enjoyed an afternoon of gaming with his friends, and I must try to arrange those meets more often. Smallest loved seeing her friends and Tigerboy was in his element although he did have some issues on the trampoline.
