Reading, reading, reading.

Time for another read 52 post.

But I’ve nothing to report in the way of reading except read aloud books and blog posts. This last week of disruption has completely wiped out my reading mojo.

Cheer me up. Tell me your comfort reads, either author or favourite book top turn to in times of stress. I’ll find a prize and the full conditions and stuff when I manage to get a netbook connected to a network. Probably Sunday.

  1. Mapp and Lucia books by EF Benson are pure escapism.

  2. My comfort reads are anything by Mary Wesley, so glad to now have them all on my kindle – this week I’m reading A Sensible Life for the umpteenth time in 20 odd years.

  3. What Katy Did Next, every time. Bliss. or Peril at End House by Agatha Christie
