reading my stats

is vaguely addictive. Why do I get so many hits for extraordinary breastfeeding and hesfes though?

Went wandering off to technorati to see where I ranked in a search for the latter, and discovered:

“Today we had a meeting with the owners of Waldegraves about the dates of next years HESFES, the dates are 29th June – 6th July 2007.”

The myspace blog with that info on is restricted viewing, but apparently not to technorati!

There you go then.

  1. I get most hits for Japanese Crochet. Thats from one post about those crocheted otama.
    Very odd.
Oh no I just checked and Japanese Crochet was pipped at the post in October by Fraggle Rock and one hit from the search term “atari st pacman on e’s”
and one hit in november from “husband humiliation -cuckold nappy -father -fathers” whats that about?!?!
glad its not just me that likes pouring over the stats.

  2. I get most hits for lapbooks. And Beetroot Risotto. Looking at keyphrase searches that have landed people on my blog is definitely interesting, I like it too – although there are some very worrying ones in there as well!

  3. Yeah, i try to ignore the worrying ones, on the basis that i don’t think the people who make those searches actually find anythong on my blog.
I get LOADS of hits for “green poo” and “shall i have a 4th child” – bizarrely i also get some fairly amusing strings of words which appear to be people i know searching for mention of themselves!

  4. LOL! Tell us some Merry, see if we can guess them 😉

  5. Erm… no. I do actually value my sanity! Wait till you are here and then i’ll whisper them after a few glasses of wine. 😉

  6. PS – i appreciate it isn’t always obvious that i value my sanity 😉

  7. Oh – and google hesfes! 😯
