Procrastination.

I am well good at it.

I don’t need to make a todo list tonight, I can use the one I wrote last night and didn’t touch.

I wouldn’t mine if I felt I’d spent the day well, but I didn’t. Mainly social media frittering.

I need to find some oomph. I’ll put it top of the list for the morning.

  1. I am at his very moment procrastinating about going to bed… *sighs*

    1. I do that. Annoying, isn’t it?

  2. Ah that’s where I’ve been going wrong. You write your lists the night before, whereas I write mine in the morning, after breakfast, with a cup of coffee… on a good day. But what usually happens, is that I get interrupted, or I think I’ll just start the kids off on an activity first, and my coffee goes cold and the list gets left until mid-morning. Or later. See, you think you are good at procrastination because you don’t do the things on your list. But me, I can even procrastinate about writing it. I am a procrastination pro. Today I didn’t even write my list at all. I had a bad day, so it just stayed in my head and haunted me. However, at 5.45pm I finally managed to “do one thing” and make hair appointments for the boys. Remembering your advice, and acting on it, was one of the few things that made me feel good today, so thanks for that:)

    1. Oh, I’m glad that helped. If I leave list writing until the morning it doesn’t happen. I thought if I tried it the night before I might miss out the couple of hours of faffing around. It hasn’t worked yet, but I’m still trying.
