we’ve just seen an advert for a new magazine, my child, that tells you all about what your child is doing at school. Only £31.99 a year!
Big’s response – why doesn’t the child tell them at the end of the day if they ask?
😆

Need support for your home ed journey? Looking for tutoring for your young person? Have an idea for a collaboration? I’d love to hear from you!

After 20+ years of home educating my four children (two now adults), I’ve gathered a wealth of experience that I’m passionate about sharing. Beyond blogging and guest writing, I offer several services designed to support families on their home education journey.
I’ve put together a collection of resources that I’ve genuinely found useful over the years—things that have actually made a difference in our home education. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to freshen things up, there’s something here to help. These are the tools, guides, and materials I’d recommend to a friend, because they work.

lol – I saw that and was fairly horrified at the thought that off trots your 5 year old and if you want even an inkling of what they will be up to you need to subscribe to the mag!
😀 at Big!
mind you, if I ask SB, she does usually shrug sneer and say playing and eating – its blood out of a stone mostly!
Its pretty depressing that a generic magasine will be able to tell you what every 5 year old knows and has done. We’ve going to have a country of piece meal, robotic morons soon.
Oh.. actually…
LOL, god, reading that was one of those “I’m so glad I took B out of school” moments.
good question. But most children dont. J really shocked a lot of her friend’s parents when she told them what had been going on 😉
