On the longest day

Butterflies dancing on the sward and I think of you.

Stars in a clear night and I see you near.

A small girl dancing skirts a – twirl, who bears your name

And you are ever in my thoughts

Do I hear you whisper on the wind,

See you around a corner there?

As fireworks burst over the midsummer fire,

I remember you.
