Not a successful day.

Discovered a review I thought was due Friday was due yesterday. Delivered Big to guides in a costume only one person recognised. Took stuff to charity shop but bought nearly as much as I took.

Tomorrow is another day in which I will do better.

Oh and have just remembered the washing in the dryer in the garage. Tough, it’s staying there tonight.

  1. I am having days like that at the momnent – I think it’s the sudden onset of winter weather and I’m having to resist the urge to hibernate. Hope tomorrow picks up – don’t forget the laundry in the dryer.

    1. Ah yes, the laundry. Must go and recover it. Stuff draped around the house is still wet sadly, so the over full basket waiting to be washed will just have to go on waiting 🙁
Yes, I think the weather is part of it, and the clock change always gets me in a tangle and sudden very dark nights. 🙁

  2. In the words of Scarlet O’Hara, ‘tomorrow is another day’

    1. It is indeed, and I’m being moderately productive. Something to do with turning twitter off regularly!

  3. C went to Guides as Tiffany Aching (Terry Pratchett) and was pleased with her costume but no-one else had heard of her. I completely failed to read the piece of paper about Brownies being fancy dress too, but since M didn’t want to do Halloween dressing up and one of her friends was also dressed as a Brownie, she didn’t mind too much.
You need a charity shop with a separate in and out door. We put stuff in the back door so can avoid looking at things for sale 🙂

    1. you should have gone for the quick twitter costume – piece of paper taped to her chest with “Error 404 – costume not found” written on it 😉 Great choice for C – Big would have recognised her.
And yes charity shop with in out door would help. I’m partly blaming you for one of the purchases – it was Tantrix, first seen at your house!

  4. But that’s an excellent purchase, lots of visuo-spatial learning potential 🙂
