Mummy, uni!

says Small, pointing at a jigsaw word he’s about to do. I’m a bit confused, it’s a jam jar, so I’ve no idea what uni is supposed to be.

‘Mummy, poo! poo bear!’

Ah, that’ll be hunny he’s saying then. Clever child 🙂

Got home from work before the kids got back from ballet with Grandma, and enjoyed assisting with the jigsaws they’ve been doing as well. Small is really branching out with his vocabulary – he spotted the moon jigsaw as well, and has just fetched me another alphabet puzzle box to point out the moon on there as well.

Big read out ‘q…u…e..e..n – does that say queen?’

But she didn’t belive me when I said yes! She’s done some maths – we’d gone through it this morning before I set off. I’d looked her out a poem, but she didn’t do anything with that, so that can roll over to tomorrow.

Sounds like it’s been a good day, right must go and get them clean now.

  2. It was a good day, they did the huge clock jigsaw and then messed about telling the time, Small came up with talking – which is a novelty!!
