More happiness needed.

I’ve been kind of stressed lately. And I think I’ve been sharing that stress, without meaning to, with the family.

Things have got to change. So today, instead of stressing when the table wasn’t cleared at lunch time, I cleared it without complaining. I tried really hard not to shout all day, only failing at battletea time.

And after tea we sat down to watch a family film. How To Train Your Dragon. It’s really rather good.

Happiness level increased all round 🙂

  1. I am so pleased…been a bit worried about you! We saw How to Train Your Dragon in 3D at the cinema. Bonus Boy reached out to catch the floating ashes; top parenting moment. DS2 was a bit disappointed because the book is better and it is one of his favourites (I like that he felt like that too!) Hope tomorrow brings sunshine and light and you get everything that you want to done. x

    1. Thanks Chris. I’ve never seen a 3D film at the cinema, is it worth it then? And yes, here’s hoping for tomorrow.

  2. I do love that film. And I agree – sometimes you just have to take control and say “in your face” to stress

    1. @TheMoiderer I really enjoyed it. And I’m definitely taking control.

  3. Read ‘The Smile that Wins’ in ‘Mulliner Nights’ by P.G. Wodehouse.
