Milestones.

We seem to be hitting a lot round here atm.

Big is hurtling towards independence at a startling rate. Last night she went swimming with a friend and came back and let herself in. (Small and I were on our way back from Beavers and if she hadn’t wanted to wait, she could have gone to D & S just down the road.) Today she popped to the coop alone, and has finished year 3 on mathletics getting herself onto the top 100 students list in the process 😀

But it’s soa who is notching up the milestones at the most impressive rate. She sits unaided, can roll back to front and back again, giggles and interacts with ppl and things in a highly amusing manner.

Last night she was 6 months old. She celebrated by sitting at the table with us (as she has been doing for a few weeks now) and throwing food on the floor (that bit was new 😉 ).

It was obviously fun.

  5. So beautiful! For some reason I was thinking about you and soa today and thinking it would be nice to see a picture. Isn’t it weird that blogs mean you can have people on your mind that you’ve never met? Lovely that she’s doing so well (Emily similar, working her way round the room now at 7 months!).
