Happy healthy beautiful children.

Time and space to run.

A roof over our head, heat and light and running water.

Food and clothes and (rather too much) stuff.

Friends and understanding.

Fun days out.

Another day well packed with fun and games and a little work.

A well behaved car and lighter traffic than there could have been.

Satnavs on phones.

So many things to be grateful for. And if sometimes I have to work to remind myself of all these things and if sometimes I find it hard to not want more (or less, in the case of stuff) the gratitude is that I’ve had another day to try to learn that lesson.

I’ve put together a collection of resources that I’ve genuinely found useful over the years—things that have actually made a difference in our home education. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to freshen things up, there’s something here to help. These are the tools, guides, and materials I’d recommend to a friend, because they work.
