Finding my happy.

Busier than ever this week.

Somehow at the weekend I fell over a new website, the women’s room, needing a bit of technical help. And now I’m knee deep in a coding challenge on a site growing by the minute and absolutely loving it. It’s making me feel alive.

Other people might recharge by crafting lovely things, or baking, or walking in the woods. I recharge to cope with the mundane by stretching my brain. So today I took part in my first google hangout and went straight from that to configuring Skype and doing a business call. Business marketing is new for me too, it’s a challenge.

Then I got told that one of my instagram pics for the love food give food campaign from Action against Hunger is being put forward for the food photographer of year competition (Note, each entry to the Food SN-apping category makes a £2 donation to the Action Against Hunger campaign) .

Tomorrow it might rain. But today I’ve had a glimpse of happy.

  2. Three cheers! And I totally agree about challenges making you feel alive. I did at least two yesterday, so perhaps that’s why I feel better today 🙂
