This feeling. Full of energy, the sun shining, calm, but still raring to go. I can feel my body alive and healthy, my muscles are warmed and reacting to my needs as I’m cooling down from my run. I have tea, I have a smile on my face, the day is bright and full of promise.

This is the feeling I need to be able to program in and bring back at will when the day is getting on top of me and the chair is all too comfortable.

I’m trying out a technique called anchoring from one of my favourite published authors, Joyce Campbell. She’s got a fabulous book out How To Get Off Your Backside and Live Your Life!, reading it earlier this year was part of what got me going on the liveotherwise changes I’m trying to make in my life.

I’ll be posting links to tips from Joyce as I try them out and also feedback as to how they work for me. I’m hoping Joyce will come over and add her comments as we go, and that I might encourage some of you to join in too 🙂
