And on a lighter note

I came across this video about the future of messaging (funny).

Also, how do Ikea come up with the names of their products? What was going through the brain of the person who came up with this

Oh yeah, in case you hadn’t guessed, everyone has gone away and left me all on my own :-(. It is quiet, too quiet.

  1. Like the video, very amusing – I will have to show it to the girls sometime! Have a nice quiet day, make the most of it! 🙂

  2. good vid 🙂

  3. I’m laughing but glad Little chick can’t read LOL

  4. “What are you laughing at mummy?”
    “Nothing, nothing..”

  5. I will just shield her eyes when we next go to IKEA LOL By the way what is that thing? I think someone was definitely having a laugh when they named that item.

  6. I picked it up from here, it may be a spoof, I hope not though. 🙂
But there are plenty of other things with weird/rude/ridiculous names in IKEA so shield the eyes anyway.

  7. LOL – the Ikea thing – wonder if that’s legit! On that subject – walking round Ikea with my Swedish friend was an education in itself (especially when she momentarily forgot that the shop assistant wouldn’t understand her Swedish 🙂 ) – some of the names are place names and people names (eg ‘Alve’ – which her litlle girls name – pronounced Alver) – there – another one of my pearls of wisdom!! 😉

  8. I like the vid but I’m sure that Ikea label’s a spoof
