With thanks to Jan 😉
But Small has got a new phrase. He said it quite a few times before it clicked what he was saying… “My turn!” Still quite bemused that he is learning phrases rather than individual words 😉

A very useful phrase though. better than ‘mine’! [which SB started saying having watched nemo!]
I banned the word ‘mine’ for a while after a Nemo overdose here, the last thing I need is a flock of seagulls in my house. Well done to Small though, it’s so lovely watching/hearing language develop, one of my favourite stages I think.
What’s with the small camel?
Well done small – and a very polite phrase too LOL
Jan said this at the weekend – a small camel kind of day, when it doesn’t take very many, or very heavy straws, to break the back. I liked it.
Lulah says “You go first and then I’ll go first” 🙂
Whereas B just screams “NOOOOO ITS NOT YOURS” and refuses to take turns at all 😀
Yeah, we have a variation on that, Alison. “You be the winner first and then I can be the winner next.” (Abount things as mundane as who gets in the bath first, for example.) Did I mention mine were competetive?
Mine have races to get dressed in the morning. It seemed like a good idea at the time, since they were both taking ages, but now there is a tantrum if one wins and it’s not her turn to win 🙁
