It’s no secret that I like competitions. And I enter quite a lot of them. I’ve won a few recently too. I’ve never won any cash though, would be nice. I do dream about what I’d spend it on.

£40,000. It would run our home very comfortably for a year. We’d get the passports we need for next year’s holiday. I’d buy my cybermummy11 ticket, travel first class and stay in a good hotel ;) On the sensible side, I’d install solar heating and convert the loft to 2 bedrooms and an office too. And if there was anything left over, I’d buy a babywearing coat and a bike with a trailer.

Paypal have a competition running at the moment to do just that. Win £40000. It’s a weekly draw, and every time you buy something with Paypal, you’re entered. You can find out more on their website.

What would you spend it on?

How about an Inspiron Mini 10 netbook from Dell for £220? Or a new bike with trailgator attachment from Halfords? I know, this is reading like my shopping list, but what do you expect? Perhaps you’d go to Toys R Us for the latest Xbox console? Or have a nostalgic browse of Woolworths.co.uk for Christmas gifts? Or maybe a quick trip to Napster for some music downloads is more your style?

Anyway, I suggest you check out the terms and conditions over at Paypal for yourself, and enter now for your chance to win. Do let me know what you spend it on if you do :)
