To remind myself

today Big asked when we can start planting things – she wants to have a garden, with flowers in. Given last year (eek) I didn’t get organised in nearly enough time to do the things I wanted to do in the garden, will start planning and researching much earlier this year.

Hey, that almost looks like a resolution. And here’s to another one I’ve made – I will not sit up all night failing to work and messing around on the computer when I’m too tired to see straight.

Good night all.

  1. I’ll be joining you with the research then, Charlie also asked this about 3 weeks ago as we failed miserably to plant anything last year. I really, really *hate* gardening but he loves it and so I agreed he can half the bed to plant stuff for him. Having a small problem convincing him we can’t grow lycees though – one of his favourite fruits!

  2. I’ve still got my garden blog form 2 or maybe 3 years ago, so i’m gonig to follow that. I’ve forgotten everything else.

  3. E loves gardening -esp growing things you can eat, she wants to have a little garden of her own. Sadly last year things went to pot a bit with all the other things going on. and of course this year we have to move house by end of April, so that’s going to limit things as well (esp. if as seems quite likley we have to rent at first) Things that little hands can pick and eat are good – one of E’s favourites is peas out of the pod.
