The varied adventures of Barny.

My children, like most, do enjoy the occasional sweet snack. I tend to carry a variety. I like brioche as it keeps them going nicely. Fruit is always good, but does have this habit of going squishy over my bag. Small amounts of chocolate are nice, but variety is the spice of life, so we were pleased to be able to try a sample of Barny.

The children liked him. Personally, I thought he was a bit cloying, which was OK, as they didn’t really want to share. They didn’t seem to have any preference for milk or chocolate filled bears, they were just pleased to see the wrappers Winking smile

So, for a couple of weeks, where we went, Barny went.

He came to the beach

He came on the train.

He even made it to the British Museum, and got eaten in the Ford family centre. 2013-10-12 15.18.17

I think his favourite place was definitely the beach though. We’re lucky. We live a mile from the sea. And the leisure centre, where swimming lessons and club sessions take place, is right on the sea front so we’ve got reasons to walk down there regularly. Of course, the time we spend on the beach is down to us.

I love the things we find on the beach. Things people have left behind, things that nature has drawn for us. Can you see someone peeping?2013-09-24 14.10.07

I wonder where our adventures will take us next…
