The picture unseen

I take a lot of pictures every day these days. Maybe two or three make it to instagram, or my fb page, or sometimes here. Quite a lot just don’t fit the mood and they languish, on camera, on ipad.

Like this flower. One of the blooms that I think will be polished off by the cold this weekend, turned to the faint glimpse of sun this afternoon. Bruised, battered, fading, but so very beautiful.

  

There are so many moments of our lives that go by almost unnoticed by anyone else. 

I don’t know where I’m going with this. Maybe I’m just saying stop and admire the flowers every now and then, and perhaps take a moment to admire the hidden beauty in the people around you? 

Just a thought.
