I’ve spent most of today shuffling bits of paper. It’s been relatively successful – I’ve managed to combine two crates down into one, throw out two bags of rubbish and stack up our recycling even higher. (Really must remember to start putting that out at some point). Haven’t found the bits of paper I was looking for though 🙁
Kids have amused themselves mostly – Small has come to the conclusion he is invulnerable, and consequently keeps getting into scrapes (quite literally, he’s got bruises on his cheekbone, under his left arm, and all down his left leg!) while Big only got sent to her room once today, for extreme rudeness and defiance. Tim did the shopping, and we both rediscovered Highergames and Set 🙂
Small is doing pretty well with the whole toilet thing, to the extent of getting out of the bath to do a wee tonight. His pullon has been dry several times in the morning as well, so I think he might be trying for a single step out of nappies here. Can’t say as I’d mind too much 😉

I had to change a dirty nappy the other day (was looking after a little girl for a bit) – yuck 😉 Definitely stopping at 4, lol!
Other peoples are always worse though. Well done Small and well done on the crate of paper too.

Well, it wasn’t a particularly bad one, it was just the fact of having to do it I objected to!
You know, funny you should mention Highergames again; I’ve just got back into that too. (And I was doing so well at staying away from adictive computer type distractions…) maybe I’ll see you there one evening 😉
I was even thinking of ordering more of the card games as I’ve given away both the sets I originally bought. Wonder whether there’s call for another coop? I see it’s starting to make an appearance in some of the papers as the latest ‘new’ puzzle too. Oh, the muddle puddle blog ring is soooo ahead of its time 😉
