Saturday snippets 22 December 2012

{Watching} Ella Enchanted via blinkbox courtesy of peerperks. Despite a minor mutiny from small beforehand it was very much enjoyed by all, particularly smallest, which was nice.

{Eating} homemade beefburgers. I think I’m getting quite good at this cooking meat lark.

{Shopping} for Christmas. It turned out that starting getting a few bits early removed all sense of urgency, meaning I got to this week with majority of it undone. Does mean most of it done very locally though.

{Reading} I’m trying to finish some of the books I started this year and didn’t complete. So tonight I have the end of your life book club sitting next to me.

{Listening} to heart fm. Love the playlist, not the adverts.

{Snapshots}

Big is celebrating moving up a squad at swimming while small has been learning about animations and rules. Smallest is very much enjoying reviewing a Kidzstar tablet and Tigerboy is hopefully finally teething. Because if it’s not teething that woke him up every half hour last night tonight it might be me crying.

  1. Our name was Schwalbe before they changed it in 1935. It means Swallow in German. This information probably won’t add to your reading enjoyment at all.

    1. Could be a relative then?

  2. Still shopping for Christmas?! lol!

    1. Yes. Isn’t everyone? 😉
