Saturday snippets 2 February 2013

{Watching} Project Nim. I didn’t realise this was a documentary so it wasn’t a particularly successful family film night choice. Very thought provoking though and lots of good discussion afterwards.

{Eating} freezer food in the form of tagliatelle bolognese. Meal plan called for stew but we were out of pearl barley.

{Pondering} blog awards and how I feel about them.

{Being angry} about the £300 camera we bought on ebay which doesn’t work.

{Running} 1.2 miles in freezing rain. Ugh.

{Snapshots} Big is making real headway in getting into an organised routine with her education. Small and I are having deep discussions about ways of life. Smallest had a breakthrough with potty training and actually used a toilet, while Tigerboy discovered loft ladders. Eek.

  1. That’s terrible about the camera. Is there any recourse? How upsetting.

    1. Seller has marked no returns but I’m assuming that it may be possible to open a dispute with ebay.

  2. :O Can you contact the seller of the camera and get your money back? If it was sold as working and it doesn’t surely that’s not allowed?

    1. I really don’t know. Have sent him a message.
