Some review products are products you think sound nice, you receive, play around with a bit, and then relegate to a pile in the corner that you’re slightly embarassed by, until you work out how to get rid of them. Others become a part of your day to day life.
Maybe I’m getting better at saying yes to the good things and turning down the losers, but right at the moment we seem to have rather more of the latter arriving. So there’s the teething bling necklace that I wear every single day (that I remember, and curse when I forget).
It’s fabulous. Such a simple idea. Looks great (I’ve linked to the image that appears to be mine but I’d say it was jade, not blue) – doesn’t look like something designed for a baby to chew on, but is obviously really attractive to him, as he loves to play with it. And chew on it. It’s particularly good when he’s in the wrap, as it’s difficult to give him other toys in there (lack of room) but he can fiddle with the pendant or the string to his heart’s content when wrapped and it can’t get away from him.
Sorry the pic is a bit blurry – it’s difficult to take a picture of a baby chewing a necklace that you’re wearing around your neck…
The sports bra is fantastic. I didn’t realise I needed it so much. I find it a little fiddly to get into with the zip, but once I’m all done up it’s very comfortable and yet so supportive for my runs. I think if I had a darker one I might feel happy just wearing it as a running top, but the white one looks too underwearish to me, so I do pop a T shirt on too. Not a particular problem though. It washes well and dries quickly, and although it’s been washed and worn quite a few times now, is still looking brand new. Definitely a recommended product if you are wanting to get out there and work off those excess inches. (Please don’t say it’s just me with the excess inches. And no, you’re not getting a picture of me wearing the bra.)
And finally, the CuddleUpPet as seen on Amazon, Snuggle Pets Cuddleuppets (Green Crocodile). Is it a blanket? A puppet? A toy? It’s all of these. And she loves it. It goes in the car, in the buggy, and into bed with her.
Like this.
Yes, there is a child under there. A happy, sleeping child. Good, isn’t it?
