I read Siegfried Sassoon in school and it made me cry.
(I do cry pretty easily I know, but that stuff sank in. And stayed.)
Poppies are one of my favourite flowers. The above is my own picture. I don’t need poppies or poetry to remember anything, but each can bring focus.
