Playdough, cookies and ballet

I made playdough! I feel so proud… 🙂 And I played with them with it – part of my move to be more accessible to the offspring. I know, I’m here, how much more accessible can I be, but I seem to spend all my time saying, not now, in a minute, I’m just doing…and it’s not on. They might as well be getting some nursery nurses full attention as never any of mine!

And then we made cookies, which weren’t nearly as successful (can’t get the second load off the tray!) but it’s a start. Did I mention that yesterday I did a home cooked pasta bake, and Big actually enjoyed it? It had green things in as well…wonders will never cease.

And ballet started back today – went and saw all the littlies changing out of their school uniform. Big got her certificates, sash, rosette and shield for her exams – she was thrilled! And I’ve managed to get the next size up of clothes off ebay, so hopefully next week she won’t look quite so odd 😉

Went to put Small to bed just after 8 and fell asleep, and didn’t wake up til gone 12. So feeling very odd now, my hours are all upside down. Going back to bed in a mo.
