Busy week and pleasantly hectic weekend – I’ve a couple of posts in draft that I’ll return to, but for now, have some pictures
Couple of days ahead of the fact, but we celebrated with friends yesterday 🙂 My little boy is three tomorrow – and he’s very happy about it. As long as you don’t say he’s a big boy now – he doesn’t want to be a big boy. He likes being a little boy.
He got some books in a package from his uncle and aunt, along with a dragon puppet that’s very popular. Having books read to him by his sister is good as well too.
Like I said, we had friends over to help celebrate. It was good. The weather held pretty much, so there was much time spent out in the garden. There were more children too, but I don’t know whether we have pictures of them as well. If we don’t there may be others elsewhere 😉
Of course there had to be cake. And candles. Although to be honest, I think he’d have settled for just the candles 😉
And because this little guy was so popular this weekend, he had to feature in a photo. No, not Small, the cheetah 😉 He’s a gorgeous creature, arrived in the post one day from their grandfather for Big, before there was a Small iirc. But every child adores him, and Small is convinced it’s his cat. Awww.

Home at 21:51 – a journey time of 2hr 31. Somewhat better than the journey up. Thanks for the good times…..and the crispy fish….
Ooh we have that top – made me jump to see it on Small!
He’s looking such a boy isn’t he 🙂
Happy birthday small.
that is a very quick journey time
That’s an excellent journey home Chris. I enjoyed the crispy fish too 🙂
That was a Christmas present top I think – from his grandma so one of his faves.
Lovely weekend 🙂 Pretty glad we’ve all got tomorrow to recover though, lol! Am falling asleep already …
Roads were really quiet – guess the Bank Holiday means most people are travelling tomorrow, so we just cruised all the way home 🙂
yes, I’m falling asleep on the keyboard already – Tim’s headed off for a relaxing bath! thanks for coming to help celebrate – it was great having you all here.
Kids passed out very quickly once we got them to calm down. Quiet day tomorrow I think, although we do of course have to go out and spend Small’s money.
Happy Birthday Small! He is looking very grown up these days.
