Contrary to the popular misconceptions of the government’s own exams watchdog? Get your house in order then Lord Adonis, seems like you aren’t all singing from the same hymn sheet.

    As in 40% of children are not receiving an education appropriate to their age, ability and aptitude (as evidenced by the fact that they are illiterate/innumerate at age 11) and local authorities are taking them to court to force them to take them out of state schools?
