erm, Jax, I seem to have changed your daemon!! it asked me the questions about you, and then changed from snow leopard to wolf! sorry. i didn’t know it would do that – though quite a cool idea!
mine is presently a snow leopard
You’re a hare now it seems!

think it’s rather confused – or someone else has done something and not fessed up, as it’s showing up here as a hare, and started out as an ocelot!

or I could just be commenting at exactly the same time as someone else… 🙂

I’m so depressed that it’s called the Golden Compass. Still I am really looking forward to it.

Seems to be a spider now.
what’s wrong with golden compass CP?
ooh yeah I want to watch this too!

Ah, I see, it supposed to change in response to the friend answers, and then settles after 12 days to a fixed form. Mines a hare.

The book was called Northern Lights and changed to The Golden Compass for the US market.

That’s cool, but how do you get it to do that on the blog? I got a daemon and the code bit but it’s not working!

Why do they DO that? Change the names of things for the US market? Are we just not bright enough to get British allusions or something? Really, if it was Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s stone, why change it to Sorcerer’s? And Northern Lights? We know about those here too. I just don’t get it.

Ooh, it was me that turned you into some sort of wild cat! Hope you don’t mind!

nope, the ocelot is where I originally started, implying you agree with my assessment of me (I think). 🙂

ok, who made me into a hare?

I do prefer the eagle…

i am wondering why mine isn’t fixed yet when yours and tim’s are?
