If money wasn’t an issue…

playmobil gold chest with coinsIf money wasn’t an issue, we’d have an extra storey on the house.

A car we all fit in.

Maybe the occasional trip out.

I can’t even dream about it. I can’t imagine what it would be like. Just a little extra space. A little extra ease. A few extra memories.

If it really were no issue – riding lessons for the children. A camper van and a touring holiday around Europe. I want to go to Nashville. I want to see Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

I want gorgeous drawing materials.

If money were no issue – are those really the things I’d do?

I don’t know. I had a dream a little while ago that I could raise the money we needed to raise the roof. I still sort of think we can, if I can just settle on one plan. I have skills, experience, knowledge, talent. What I don’t have is a whole lot of organisation or focus.

But just maybe figuring out how to dream again has been the first step.
