Need support for your home ed journey? Looking for tutoring for your young person? Have an idea for a collaboration? I’d love to hear from you!

After 20+ years of home educating my four children (two now adults), I’ve gathered a wealth of experience that I’m passionate about sharing. Beyond blogging and guest writing, I offer several services designed to support families on their home education journey.
I’ve put together a collection of resources that I’ve genuinely found useful over the years—things that have actually made a difference in our home education. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to freshen things up, there’s something here to help. These are the tools, guides, and materials I’d recommend to a friend, because they work.

WOW! Another use for the ever versatile pringles tube. You eat the pringles, then you can catch mice, cook hotdogs, make drums, shakers, the list just keeps on growing.
You starting a Pringles recycling website next?
Now, that’s a thought, 1001usesforanemptypringlestube.com
And I think we missed a trick, we could have caught the mouse and cooked it… baked mouse for Claude. 🙂
shake my head…
Step 1: Eat Pringles
Step 2: Use Pringles tube to catch mouse
Step 3: Make shaker
Step 4: Shakey-shakey squeak-squeak
Step 5: Cook tenderised mouse
Step 6: Eat mouse
Hmmn, just need a way to turn the mouse’s skin into the drum’s skin?
Oh, in case that makes me sound like a heartless monster:
I released a Moonshine captured shrew back into the outside world the other day.
OTOH, what else will Moonshine have to play with when he’s killed the rest of the local shrew population?
Is Claude the cat? We used to have a dog called Claude.
Claude is the cat. Claude by name, etc.
I thought your cat was dead?
new stray merry that has adopted them
E’s not dead, E’s just restin’
6. come up with suitable story to tell vet as you hand over cat stuck in Pringles tube
ROFL
