Home again, home again

jiggety jig.

How strange, it appears I may have used that title before…

For a journey in such dire weather, the run home was surprisingly bearable. We even had 10 minutes of sunshine, somewhere near the Grantham turn off. There was an awful lot more fog though, and the last 90 miles were hard going.

But we made it. And it’s good to be back. Smallest was particularly pleased to see Tim – at least we assume that’s what being hit by a book means 😉

And now she’s asleep already, and I have huge amounts of things to do tomorrow, so if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go to bed. Maybe she’ll sleep through again, like she did last night….
