Happy birthday little sister.

Katrin would have been 29 today. I’m thinking of her. Her daughter is 6 today and for her sake, we will gather together and smile. I’ll shed my tears somewhere else, alone.

  1. Big hugs and thinking of you all.

  2. *hugs* will be thinking of you also. Sending love x

  3. Hugs. I hate anniversaries. I don’t suppose you’ll need to do all your crying alone though 🙁 Thinking of your family today.

  4. *hugs* I didn’t realise the significance of the date when I moaned on BK about my sis not having a party so I’m sorry. I’m thinking of you and hoping that you manage, as a family, to get through the day.

  5. Oh Jax, that is so hard. Hoping you all get some strength form being together. Thinking of you.

  6. to be honest, rest of family seemed completely unaffected. K mentioned going to the cemetary when we went up to do the horse together (do you have any idea how long it is since I last mucked out a horse? Was quite pleased with how well it went!) and Bil talked about her quite naturally, but there didn’t seem to be any sadness at all. Very odd.
