End of week report.

Yes, I know I missed last week. But when it got to Sunday night I left it too late to get the data off my pedometer. Which is why I’m trying to do it a bit sooner tonight!

I haven’t been very active this week apart from the running.

Mon 0.68km, Tues 4.24km (walking to the leisure centre is good for me!), Weds 1.83km (impressive considering I drove to my friends, not quite sure how I racked up that much tbh), Thurs 2.44km, Fri 1.73km, Sat 2.73km and today 1.43km.

As well as that I’ve run 5 days – twice I’ve managed my 0.8 of a mile and 4 times I’ve done the short run. Yes, I know that doesn’t add up. Today with Big I ran the short run twice, which was amusing.

Haven’t managed to swim since we came back from Butlins – my swim membership isn’t working out very cost effective 🙁 Desperately need to fit in a swim this week, preferably with another adult so that I can actually do some swimming myself.

Morning pages aren’t working out for me any more – it’s too hard to find 20 minutes without a baby, or a child interrupting, or the doorbell ringing or some such. So I need a different way to work in creativity. Have been trying to take a picture a day all year, although have missed far too many days of those as well. Must succeed more in that area.

And as it’s now Tuesday, and I started this on Sunday night, I’m posting it and moving on!

One response to “End of week report.”

  1. could you maybe addapt creative every day to be creative on average once a day to take into account the days when you do manage a little more than normal (so 2 or 3 pics in a day would make up for a couple of days when life got in the way of art?)
