  7. It’s to do with dioxins and PCB’s which accumulate in the fishes body. Good, eh? For women likely to become pg, the risk/benefit changes.

  8. better to just add hemp oild from sainsburies – organic and contains omega 3 and 6

  9. vegetarian too I guess 😉 Or at least you can get something veggie that roughly equates.
