Do one thing.

I’m loving finding joy (the blog). Today the advice when your todo list is overwhelming you is do one thing.

So I did. And it made me less stressed, and gave me energy to do another thing. And because I’d given myself permission to just do one thing the extra things made me feel positive.

So I’ll be doing one thing again tomorrow.

  1. Good advice, sometimes taking the first small step is the hardest when you have so many things to do, it can often seem overwhelming. But like you say, just doing one thing can often lead to doing more and more.
