Christmas is nearly upon us: stocking fillers reviewed.

I’ve had some great review opportunities, and some odd ones through the blog this year. This surprised me slightly, but was not one I was averse to (one day I’ll blog a list of the things I’ve turned down, you’ll be amazed, you really will).

This one is stocking fillers, and there are some great little ideas here from IdeasbyNet I’m told they are primarily a B2B company, so some of the items on the site can’t be ordered on a one by one basis, but everything I was sent can be (with one exception that I’ll come on to).

I was sent:

Character Wooden Pencil Pot with Pencils

Smiley Bottle Opener

What?Gravity Phone Holder (You can check out the youtube video )

10 in 1 Survival Monkey

Vibration Speaker

Now, it’s the What?Gravity Phone Holder that has a minimum order quantity of 50, which is a shame, as it’s the thing that was the biggest hit here. I didn’t get a look in as dp snaffled it immediately for his phone.

The kids loved the Vibration Speaker. I’d link to it, but can’t currently find it on site – don’t know whether that means it’s sold out. It was hugely educational as they charged about the house attaching it to all sorts of things to find out whether they would make noise, and would make a great gift for children or adults.

The pencil pot was a pencil pot. Cute 🙂

I really like the 10 in 1 survival monkey. It’s a reassuringly solid bit of kit, with a fun number of gadgets on it. Not desperately child friendly as there are rather sharp bits as you’d expect, but it comes in a cute little case to make it pocket safe.

All in all, a bunch of little goodies and a site well worth browsing.
