Christmas 2.0

At 2am this morning I was on my way to bed, late but manageable.

At 3am I was kneeling in my dressing gown on the living room floor in a puddle of dirty water with my finger pressed against the hole in the radiator.

By 4am the system was drained and I was texting my sister to explain why we were going to be late.

We were very late. And Tim stayed at home to do plumbing. Just as well as he didn’t get to bed til 7. And also because I doubt I could have fitted him in the car along with all the goodies the kids have been given. As I was trying to fit them in another bag was discovered!

Now we’re stopping over at my parents’ flat and I’m testing where the end of the internet is. The phones disagree, but they are on different networks…and this time I’m going to save this post before I try to upload it. #shouldknowbetterbynow.
