Can it be that easy?

Big has seemed very unhappy for quite a while now, and we’ve been worried about her. Tonight Tim had a good talk with her (not the first one it has to be said) and it’s like someone has flicked a switch. I suddenly have these cheerful optimistic child who has just bounced downstairs, asked for help without whining at me and gone happily back upstairs with her hair plaited looking forward to the weekend. Yeek, did he just have a chat with her or did he swap her for a clone from the cellar???

Anyways, another week has flown by. Wonderful day at school today when one of my keychildren made a real breakthrough. Told his dad as he was picked up and now I know how long it takes them to get home, as mum was on the phone immediately to confirm the message. 😀 I cried, and she told me I was soppy and she hadn’t thought it of me, and sniffled down the phone as well. 😆

Ooh, Tim’s back with the curry, might be back soon. Alternatively, I may crack open several beers and forget how to type!

  1. Well, I suppose the silence means you forgot how to type an’ all! 😉
