brief and happy update

Been to hospital, had scan. Saw heartbeat and baby, who measures exactly to my dates. Am very happy.

This is past the stage of my previous miscarriages, each of which have stopped at 5/ 6 weeks, but then lingered for a varying time afterwards. So as the sonographer (is that the right term?) said, a little hurdle has been passed. 🙂 😀

  1. It’s brilliant Jax – the fact that baby measures appropriately is such a good sign. My first tri losses have been either empty sac/blighted ovum or baby that had hb but was too small at 7/8 weeks.
