First failing mark. 6/12, so could go either way. Part way through the last chapter, but had to have a break (aargh….my head hurts!)

The day: variable. The weather: extremely variable! Hot sun, followed by hail stones (with Small standing at the far end of the garden laughing hysterically, as I frantically pull on wellies and sprint up to grab him). And then more hot sun.

We’ve done a bit of reading, a fair bit of shouting 🙁 The bath and bath toys are very clean again (tmi? Tough! 😉 ) Big learnt to tie a bow and was thrilled that we were both very impressed. Small is beginning to irritate – he’s developing a habit of belting Big over the head with toys ‘cos he likes the way she wails and cowers. She’s quite a bit bigger than him, but she doesn’t do anything sensible about it. And she invites it by being beastly to him as well.

Anyway, must eat and finish my chapter. Normal service will not be resuming soon.

  1. Again?! 🙄
Hope you can re-do that chapter and pass it – have you persuaded Tim to take Big & Small to group this afternoon yet?! 😉

  2. Sounds like a good plan – you going then Tim?

  3. *I’m* going – I’m having the afternoon off!
