    The Sony manual is dreadful, I had to Google to find out how to switch off the predictive typing thing (it aeems to work in a language I am unfamiliar with)

  3. I’ve still not worked out how to disable **** predictive text on mine! And no idea what that pic is meant to be, sorry!
    Cool to beinga ble to blog from the phone though!

  4. If you have Sony you have to hold down the * key to turn off predictive text.
    And I have been surfing the ring from our living room while playing chess this afternoon. 🙂

  5. It looks like a phone receiver with an arrow bouncing off it … so a missed call? Or one that didn’t get through? Is there any context, or are you just randomly guessing? 🙂

  6. He says it appeared for a while at the top of the screen. Your suggestion sounds pretty plausible to me.

  7. Yeah, that’s missed call. If you go to ‘calls’ you should get them listed.
