High points: finding the missing cord from Tim’s hat, sewing sacks, cooking meal three from the Hello Fresh box, doing more coat. Hearing a possible first word (no since you asked), getting a Hugless Douglas book in the post.

Low points: being unable to find the missing belt and knife, not finishing the coat, being the mother with the screaming toddler in the supermarket (and boy can he scream when he puts his mind to it), not getting any writing done.

Highest point: taking my camera off auto and working out how to change the settings. It might not be a fancy one with lenses you can change but I can still experiment with the settings.

Tomorrow will be hectic. Goodnight.

  1. Have a productive if hectic day xx.

  2. Before I had children I used to wonder what on earth was wrong with those screaming kids in supermarkets. Now I’m just always glad it’s not my turn that day!

    1. I got a *lot* of sympathy. There was obviously nothing I could do.
